We have similar muscles and digestion.

Cats of course are much more geared towards a carnivorous diet and don't have much in the way of molar teeth.

They don't have clavicles - which we do have - and hence their shoulders can be brought to meet each other in front.

The muscular system of cats is very similar to that of a human, though it would have stronger forelegs. Also a cat would have a lot more fast twitch fibers in its muscles since it needs them to run down prey. Even domestic cats chase birds and small mammals.
As a carnivore, I would guess a cat's digestive system would have more peptides to speed up digestion of meats, while we as omnivores need other digestive enzymes to metabolize vegetable matter, which has a lot of fiber in it. We cook foods to soften the fiber.
