if certain graphic cards can work on my comp???

EASY,just post your motherboard make and model here and the cards you are interested in. Lots of geeks here are waiting to help you (and get the cherished 10 points).

You have to look on the box of the graphics cards. Some use PCI slots, other use PCI Express, some use AGP....it really just depends...
Make sure you have the right slot on your motherboard and make sure you're computer can handle whatever card you are going to by. Also pay attention to how much heat it's going to put out (if you can). If it puts out a lot of heat and you have limited space in your case, components may fail because of over heating. Heat is a computers worst enemy.
