here's what your friend meant:

spells much? (means "seems good?" because she was supposed to be happy that there was a carnival but was disappointed that even the carnival wasn't much of anything. so it's "not as good as it seems.")
gah! (it's a sarcastic expression)
and yes, her writing is atrocious. so full of errors :) hope you understand it now, though :D

She misspelled Ferris and apparently said spell much? because of that. I guess gah means God. It sounds like she's not very happy with where she lives and the things going on there.

It is the worst spelling I have ever seen.
If that is the message she sent you, I think she is accepting the fact her spelling is horrible.
If that is the message you sent her, I think she is telling you your message is horrible.
