If not, what colour top goes with a white skirt?

Add another color like a colored belt...red, black, etc., or bright-colored summer earrings, necklace and it will be fine.

It does look good together but you can add like some colorful shoes, beads, haed bands, or bag. But if you want it to look REALLY good, then just get a colorful tank top and put it under. Also if you dont want it all white, then change the color of the shirt, u can change it to ANYTHING becuz white goes with EVERYTHING!!! Hope I helped!! Buh Bye

Depends what shoes and accessories. If its a white skirt and top with a Little bit of color variety then yes. If its all plain white then no. Try using a different color light pink or blue. Then match headband, clips, ponytails holders and necklaces. Also match your bracelets to your necklace.

I guess. But you should try different colors like a green, red, blue, black or even an orange. Pretty much any color, I think. It depends on your accessories and skin tone. Some colors highlight a skin tone color and make the outfit look very pretty. And it's also good to coordinate accessories with the color of the top. You don't want to wear a bright turqoise bracelet with a pink shirt.

you can wear a white skirt with a white top -- just add a colored belt or or shoes, to contrast.
be careful if one item of clothing is older than the other, though. the older item could be discolored due to washing or look dingy next to a brand new white piece.

Yes, Mrs. Clean they do. You can wear a red tank or tube top with a light jean shirt tied at your waist with a white skirt or black with it. You can wear anything really. But don't wear white on white.

no honey! never match shirts with bottoms if they are the same exact colors. with a white skirt, i suggest a pink or blue top. the blue makes the outfit seem nautical which is big this season and the pink is just cute any season :)

Yet if u think it looks good u should wear it .

Not really. Unless you put some really colorfull jewelry with it. Mostly any color goes with a white skirt.
