OK, my sister had my Ipod today and when she was listen to the iopd, it froze. So I thought charning it would help but about ten mintues into that I remember that it better to let it go dead. And now 20 min later is flashe this message- WWW.apple.com/support/ipod.

Does anyone know whta going on and can anyone help! PLZ I really love my Ipod! AND it TOO much to get another one!

Give it a soft reset-hold the center button and the menu button. Have you tried connecting it to your computer? If it is recognized, you should be able to reformat it manually from your compy.

Try resetting it. Slide the lock switch back and forth a couple times, then hold the menu and center button. You should see the apple logo. Thats like rebooting the iPod.

That happens to me a lot too. Instead of charging it on an IPod dock or speakers, try charging it on the computer overnight. If that doesn't work, try reseting it. Hope this helps!!

my IPOD freezes all the time but i let i die and charge it up again and i works
