That's called fly strike. To say the least it's from you not taking care of your animal. You either didn't change out it's cage, and or you keep it outside, completely neglect it, and let the flies get to it. This has to be corrected by the vet, and that's if it's still savable. These "bugs", which are maggots, will eat your rabbit alive.
If you don't want another's opinion, don't ask for it. I know I'm right, and another user also said the exact same thing. It's flystrike. Don't ask questions on a public board if you can't accept other people's answers. It just proves the obvious; you are a child.
As for e-mailing me, and calling me such pretty names; keep this in mind, none of my rabbits have flystrike. So why not apply the exact same name to yourself, you'll find it's suiting. I hope you don't kiss your Mother with that mouth.

From what I've read, pretty much everybody except maybe the first person has been on mainly on target. It sounds like your rabbit has become infected with maggots. Some of the people have given you good techniques for treating it yourself, but this is something that probably should be treated and taken care of by a vet instead of kind of guessing at it your first go around. Normally a maggot infestation happens in association with diahrrea or an abscess that has burst or something to that affect.
I recommend not chancing treating it yourself and taking it to the veterinarian. If your rabbit is not treated very soon, you stand a very good chance of losing it if you don't already.
An experienced rabbit breeder might be able to save it by treating the rabbit theirself, but as you are not an experienced rabbit breeder I would recommend against attempting that.
I'm one that prefers treating the rabbit at home rather than rushing the rabbit to the vet for every little thing. This is one of those times that you rush it to the vet. The reason being is your rabbit may need treated for several things: the maggots, diahrrea, an infection, etc. Treating one thing isn't too bad, but when you start having to treat multiple things, that's where you really need to have someone that knows their stuff.
Good luck in your efforts!

Not saying this is going to fix the problem, but it's better than nothing. Wash the area. Don't shave it, you'll only cause the rabbit a LOT of discomfort in an already uncomfortable area. Use a baby shampoo or a kitten shampoo and wash the area thoroughly. Dry it well.
Apply triple antibiotic to the area, and a few inches past it. Apply a thick paste of zinc oxide ointment. This is sometimes sold as a thick white paste labeled for diaper rash. Most flies only eat dead flesh. In fact, they used to let maggots grow in wounds to prevent gangrene (Ew, but effective, as they removed the dead flesh before it could go putrescent... but Don't do this). There are flies which will lay eggs in live flesh. These will cause boils and sores. Remove the maggots with tweezers.
Now, a rash like that is either from ammonia from not cleaning bunnies cage, or it's from diarhea. Diahrea means there's something wrong and if it's not treated, the bunny may dehydrate and die.
You need to figure out, why is this rabbit in this condition?

Get some ivermiectin give it a very small small amount. Its a horse size tube, found it works the best.
Get some scissors or an electric razor and shave and clip the hair away.
Wash it with warm water and anti-bacterial soap, dial is fine.
Then apply triple (tri-care) care to it. That will prevent any more infection, keep the bugs away, and make it feel better a bit. Or just basitrasin (spelling sorry) Neosporin is one brand.
This may or may not work.
All of that stuff you can get at a pet supply or feed co op/store.Shouldn't cost more than 3 bucks.
Or you could take it to the vet, but i understand financial stuff, so theres your alternative

I think your rabbit might have worms, take him/her to the veterinarian to check him/her out.
