The 435th wicket Courtney Walsh took to overtake the record of 434 test wickets set by Kapil Dev was of Henry Olongo caught by Wavell Hinds on 27th March 2000 in the second innings of the test match played between West Indies and Zimbawe at Sabena Park, Kingston, Jamaica.
