Because I am so shy 99% of the people that I meet for the first time take this as a sign of me thinking that I*m better than them,,,,I*m standoffish, and don*t want nor need friends, which is not the case at all. I*ve battled this since my birth, and I*m in my 40*s now. I find it nearly impossible to just have a routine conversation...like Hi I*m Darlene, and you are ?
Nice weather that we are having. I freeze up.........

That I'm just another teen full of angst. I have this natural sullen facial expression and I tend to hunch over, so people would assume that I'm depressed.
Alway remember that assume makes an a** out of u and me.

most people assume that I'm younger than I am. People also assume that I'm shy, because I don't talk alot. But I'm only quiet because I'm trying to figure the person out. and you can't do that if you're flapping your lips all the time.

I have been told by people that I am getting to know that when they first met me they thought I was uppity or snobbish- honestly I don't know why.

That I'm lazy cuz I'm fat :( I'm not lazy at all! I actually only sleep 4hrs a night & try to keep myself doing something as much as possible. (my meds make me gain alot of weight also) Guess that's why they say you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover huh?
