I suggest hosting weekly get-togethers with your friends...like game nights or something like that...it doesn't have to be expensive to be fun...just call over some friends (since u don't have a car) you supply the location and they'll supply the snacks, games and company...That way you never have to leave your place and we'll have something to look forward to every single week this summer.

Read some good books in the shade of a beautiful tree. Take an art class. Go for long walks in parks or places you've never been. Go into the nearest city and talk to street vendors. Visit local historic sites you've always thought about seeing, but just never set aside the time. Get a camera and start creating a photo journal. Learn how to scrapbook.

I would have some friends over to your house. Go out or a walk and get some exericse. Read a book or two. If you are old enough get a job and work for your money. If you work for your money you would feel better about yourself rather than asking your parents for money. For instance right now the place that I work at might be cutiing back my hours so I am thinking about either getting a full time job or another part time job to make up the difference.

You can still go to the beach, who's stopping you. You could take a taxi, or take the bus. Or if you live close enough to the beach walk there. Or try doing fun things near you. Like if you like to read go to the library and relax. Buy some video games for your computer, take daily walks and stay in shape. There's a whole list of things you can do without a car. They went without cars for years.

Check the local newspaper towards the end of the week. They will normally list local event or goings on in the area. A lot you'll find are free. Since you don't have a car your only choices are to walk, look into public transportation (buses/trains) or hook up with a friend or friends that have a car.

All you need is a Tupperware bowl with a slot cut in the middle and you can make a lot of money begging outside of a wal-mart store. I haven't been able to go to the store for months without someone asking for money. You could be on your way to the Bahamas in a month.

Mooch from friends. I've never done that, but on the other hand "fun" doesn't necessarily have to involve big costs.
