burke is totally leaving. George i think will either A. totally leave the show or B. leave for a while. uhhhh meredith and derek i think will stay toghether but they will take a "break". Izzie is going to try really hard to get george and when he leaves she will leave for a bit but return with avengence. and yea thats all i can really say

I think there will probably be a love triangle between meredith, mcdreamy and the girl george met who said her last name was grey (same girl mcdreamy talked to in the bar and also possibly meredith's sister), also calle will find out about george and izzie? maybe? i guess we'll find out in a couple of months :)
