We both also have a right to a say in what the money gets spent on.
If you can't agree on something as silly as money, how will you ever last?

Why would they let their partner do this? I think if they are keep secret about their income they are probably using it in way that are not correct within the boundaries of the relationship. OR are very selfish ppl.

If he/she is married, I would wonder what other secrets do they have. If they're single, they should probably stay that way, because of trust issues.

if they are married or living together, then i would say there is a trust issue there. if they are just dating--well, i think its a good idea
