When do you wash your hands?

When dont I wash them is easier to answer, while sleeping I dont, my hubby says I'm a freak over hand washing.... plus I use the anti bact stuff in the pump bottle all thru out the day & night... must be doing something right we are never sick thank goodness and my hands are not all dry & cracked even though I might be lol

after i touch a pay phone(i scrub my ear too)
after i touch any door handle in a public place
soon as i get in the house from going anywhere
after ive touched the handle of the shopping cart
i sanitize before me and my kids eat burger king in the car
before cooking dinner
after touching any raw meat
after sex.........
the list goes on and Ive actually been to the doctor several times with what i thought was a skin infection which turned out that my doctor told me to cool out on washing my hands so excessively or get some latex gloves......go figure.....a dirty little doctor!

I'm a nurse, so I wash my hands a lot... Whenever I might have gotten icky germs on me (bathroom) and whenever I'm going to do something that I want to be extra clean for, like cooking.
