When I am, I try to put some time and space between me and the hurt. Don't think about it for a while until you can get a different perspective on the situation. Then think it all out.

Only time takes away that pain you feel in your stomach, It can flare up as it goes away, but it will go.
It will go faster with another person as a distraction, if available
