When you shave your eyebrows(not all the way, but half) is there supposed to be a bluish green mark where the eyebrow once was and if so, how could you cover it up? Does it turn into the color of your face over time?

The bluish green is a very light vein. What are you doing shaving your eyebrows anyway???????.

You know you can have your eyebrows shaped permanently, and it will never come off. I did it because I got tired of shaping them all the time.

No your skin shouldnt change color to much when you cut your eyebrows maybe it gets just a little lighter. Make-up thats your tone should cover it, not to much. If its bluish mabey you should see a doctor though. I know theese things so trust me.

You are talking about stuble, don't be cheap and get your eyebrows waxed or threaded. Threading is the best.
