No, I think it's the same lad.
Think about how much time has lapsed between when we last saw him on the show (Not LOST time, but actual physical time). Plus there would be a while for filming etc too. that's alot of time for a kid to grow up and look different, especially around the pre teen-teenage years.

i dont think so. they said before that walt was growing 2 fast, so they might not be able to bring him back to the show. but i think that was him talking to locke in that hole.

no child actors grow up so fast. when i was a kid i'd see my nan at least twice a week and everytime she'd say i've grown
