Are you a cat person or a dog person? Why?
I'm a cat person because I like to think of myself as an individual original, and sometimes it seems cats have the same idea...not to mention my lucky # is 9 and cats supposedly have nine lives...

I like cats because they really are very intelligent creatures. And contrary to what most people think, they really are very lovable animals who do like to cuddle up to you and be around you alot. They are very good companions and I feel more drawn to cats than I do dogs. I have also owned cats the majority of my life and I think that they are alot of fun to watch and just to have.

From my many years of experience Cats are better, smarter and more likable than dogs. Cats are independent, but cats are also very good friends. If you have an unsociable cat then it is the owners fault. Cats can be trained just as well as dogs, cats use a litter box , dogs use the floor if left unattended. Cats are more affectionate. Face it a dog in its natural state is dumb. the smartest dogs are usually dogs that have been trained. Cats have keen instincts. Mind you this is all my own personal opinion, but I would rather have 50 cats than one dog.

Hi Krazykat: I love dogs but I also have a cat. The dog is my constant companion when camping, fishing, hiking, etc. The cat just sits home and meows. She's very independent and could care less if I go out but my dog won''t eat when I'm gone. And what a happy time we have when I do return. I wish my husband was that happy to see me. My dog is also my fierce protecter. Yes, I will always have dogs.

I am a cat person. For one thing I know a lot of people who are terrified of cats and I just want to get them to realize that they're not as bad as they think. Also because they are not near as much work as a dog; they are basically independent and they are very graceful and clean.

well, i prefer dogs, but i just recently lost my one and only pet cat, i was so sad...and still am, but dogs are more work, and they sometimes cannot control themselves (bladders especially), and are loud, but run around and actually play with you. cats are good to though, because they are less work, but they don't do very much...and by the way, 9 is one of my lucky number's too, along with 3 and 30 (i thought you could only have one??) huh, lol, hope this helped!!

Well I prefer cats because they tend to be way more calmer than dogs...unfortunately this characteristic makes them seem "lazy"
but regardless of that I have grown to like them more.
Not that I hate dogs...I had one.

cat person. i have 2 cats. besides cats are more cuddley and soft and petable and alot of dogs arent. even though you cant really teach a cat to do tricks but my cat can sorta shake now that i tried to teach her. (it is alot harder than it looks)

I have two cats(Kimmy&Alex) they are great members of my family, but I love dogs to, dogs can be played with more, you can take them jogging, and so many other activities, so I'd have to say dogs!
