Impossible to delete a world wide web site, unless you hack the site or use "bots", to crash the site with spam. And that is a criminal act. (Only the true owner of the site can shut the website down).
If you are talking about the software, regfixit, you go to your Add/Remove and delete. Go to start, control panel and add/remove, and look for the program and delete.
