Yes she could be still carrying babies. Many female livebearers are able to store sperm from a single mating and produce up to three sets of fry. No doubt she is going to have more within the next 2 weeks.

She is pregnant and will get pregnant several times from one encounter with a male. She may be having trouble giving birth.Usually they have 30 or more at a time, every 5 weeks or so. She could have been frightened at the time she was beginning to give birth and may have a stoppage now.She may have eaten the other babies before you discovered the one that survived.

Did the other fry get eaten? Liveberrers usually have 20-60 fry! She is probably going to have another batch of fry in 2 weeks or so! If you want to save the fry, you can provide breeding grass, breeding trap or plenty of plants for them to hide in! You can feed the fry finely crushed tropical flakes or buy fry food at your local pet store! Hope this helps!

She will probably be having a few batches in the next few weeks too. Separate the babies from all other animals in the aquarium. Make sure that none get eaten. A few are bound to die. If you can't handle them all in one tank(overcrowding)you can sell them off to a pet shop, give them away to someone who knows how to care for them or get a new tank.
