Like what is the fine,and how many years in prison if so?

It depends upon which country you are in and also what your ethnicity and religion are. In many countries it is legal to have multiple wives. Malaysia is a Muslim country so Muslims are allowed to have several wives but the Chinese and Indians cannot because of their religion.
In most European countries it is illegal and the penalty varies between six months jail to 10 years jail plus various amounts in fines.

If you can prove that that is your religion, and have been regulary attending a church the preaches polygamy, then there is no punismement, but if that is not your religion, yet you have multiple spouses, then I believe it is subjectable to a two to five year jail sentence.

I think polygamy is punishment enough by itself.
