Can't get any medical histories on people who are not you or your children. Assume Rachel did NOT have a tubal ligation and use condoms.

You cannot look at other people's medical records without their permission. It is against HIPPA compliance laws. Unless you have a General Power of Attorney or that person right there with you, then forget it.
