Before selecting a coach I would remove both Sachin and Sourav from the team atleast for this season and I would bring Manoj Tiwari and Robin Uthappa in their place.
And about the coach,my choice would be Dav Whatmore because he had worked with two sub continent teams and produced good results.

My first choice is Tom Moody and second choice Dev Watmore as they have done extremely well to turn around Sri Lankan and Bangladesh Teams.

what the hell with asians team why we choose only foriegn coaches otherwise we have many legends in our coutry like kapil dev, javed miandad, azharuddin, wasim akram, ranatunga.
then why we choose only foreign coach.
