I am on site property manager of our 27 apartment complex. So yes I know and get along well with all of them.

I do not know them, but then I've only been in this apartment a little more than a month. I did borrow the neighbor's phone once to call the landlord when I accidentally locked myself out. But I didn't even get his name. I met his mother once, but forgot her name. And both the upstairs apartments have changed just since I've been here. This is a four-plex in University City, and the upstairs apartments were both rented by students, who moved out when the school year ended. The lady and her son who live next door in the only other first-floor apartment have apparently been here a long time.
But where I lived before in Boulder Creek, my upstairs neighbors basically adopted me as family.

one set of neighbors (john and jean) have a very good rapport with us. the other neighbors are not very sociable but seem nice enough all the same.

Good rapport with the strange woman on one side,who is a "nut case" I keep it pretty distant..the guy on the other side I hardly even say Hi to and he is the same with me,seriously,I think he dislikes me a bit.(and that is just fine)

I know them and have a good rapport with some of them. The other's well, let's just say we don't see eye to eye.....

I hate my neighbors. They constantly make noise. Always drunk. Let their kids run wild. The owners of the house moved to Arizona. And rents the house. He must of advertised the house in a newspaper in hell. He had a hard time getting rid of the last family that was there. Doesn't everyone learn about how to be a human being in their formative years?

i live upstairs in an apartment but i am friendly with four sets of my immediate neighbors. the rest of the people i see but hardly speak with them.
