Okay, I got these Topps baseball cards in a pack of Pepsi, and one of the cards had Edgar Renteria on the front. But on the back, it shows Mickey Mantle and his stats. I was wondering if this card is valuable at all.

It's worth is what someone will pay you for it...try to talk it up as rare and amazing, see where that gets you - look around, see what any similar item has sold for, to get initial asking price...GL

My guess is that it is an error card. And since it is Mickey Mantle on the back it could go for $30-$50, maybe. If your lucky it will be an error on only a few cards sent out and you may be rich. Make sure you don't touch the front, and put it in a hard+soft case
GOOD LUCK!

It's a "wrongback", a sadly common type of misprint found in Topps products. Worth a buck or two to a diehard Mantle collector, but more a curiosity than anything important or valuable.

Throw it up on eBay and see what happens.
