x = 1 OR
x = 1, -3

Subtract x/2 from each side and you're left with 1 on the left side and x on the right side. So 1 = x.

However...

If I misunderstood what you wrote and the right side has 3 divided by (2x), then multiply each side by 2x and subtract 3 from both sides to get the quadratic equation: x^2 + 2x - 3 = 0 which yields: x = 1, -3.

1 = 2/2

(2+x)/2 = 3/2x (I'm assuming this is 3/(2x) and not (3/2)*x
2x(2+x) = 2 * 3
4x + 2x^2 = 6
2x^2 + 4x - 6 = 0
x^2 + 2x - 3 = 0
(x + 3)(x - 1) = -
x = -3 or x = 1
