ok the question is:

Given the balanced equation:
2Al(s) + 6H+(aq) = 2Al +3(aq) + 3H2(g)
What is the total numb er of electrons gained by H+(aq) when 2 moles of Al(s) is completely reacted?

options are 6, 2, 3, or 12.
please help?! I know it's easy I'm just not 100% sure. I'm thinking maybe 2? but it could be 6 too? I don't know but please help!

Each of the six Hydrogen ions gains one electron, so the answer is six.
