When im changing for swimming and putting my bathing suit on i have to take my boxers off what can i do! I have to change with other boys

Oh please. You see straight men change in men's rooms every day at exercise facilities and the same goes for women. Consider it an element of growing up and that if you do change in front of other people of the same sex it's like you're more grown up. Or of course you can do the deck change as mentioned before but that's for little kids when their older counterparts take up all the room in the changing rooms.

A few rules everybody adheres to:
1) your eyes are allowed to look at 2 places while you change - the ground or a locker (eye level or above). You can talk to people, but no eye contact can be made when either guy is changing. There is no looking downward in the direction of anybody who might be changing.
2) be quick when you change, but not too fast - fast movements draw attention from other people's eyes even if they are trying not to look.
3) keep a respectful distance of at least a foot while changing
If you understand that these rules are to always be followed by you and everybody around you, there shouldn't be any problems.

Well if your wearing swimming trunks wear your boxers underneath. Just bring another pair to wear or just let the ones your wearing dry underneath. With the problem of others, if there are toilets go in there and change otherwise don't worry, everyone is nervous just ignore the fact your changing.

Just do it. Be quick and relaxed. If it really bothers you that much, wrap your towel around your boxers, slide them off under the towel and pull your suit on under the towel. There you go, easy deck change and no one saw a thing!
