Anti virus software has everything to do with A/I. Call it what you will anti-malware, virus or whatever. Suppose a robot wants to by a pair of pants. Where do those ideas come from? Ad ware, naturally have you ever seen a robot without an antenna? What do you think they are picking up. I say block the Gap ads from coming in and the robot will go pant less and still be smart.

Not really, there might be some firmware/software w/c the system will not consider as a virus but contains evil routines.

this is a question of hermeneutics. meaning virus and evil is to be interpreted differently. it may be relative and it may be not. why would the anti-virus firmware be correlated to evil robots whereinfact it is an "ANTI" virus - meaning against viruses?
