I find that a little bit of lotion on the end of a q-tip works wonders. For more extreme dryness I have used Vaseline-it stays longer and works better.

a real simple and cheap way to overcome this is to take a Q-tip, moisten it with cool water, squeeze out the excess, and use it to moisten the inside, then take the dry end and put just a pin drop of vaseline on it ( or even neosporin, if you have cracks) and swab the inside, this will help moisturize and seal the moisture in. you can do this a couple times a day if needed, dry nasal passages can crack open and then become infected, and that's bad.

Dr. Oz (on Oprah) showed the "Nose Bidet" (Neti Pot) ... I guess there's this thing that looks like a tea-pot and you can pour liquid though one nostrel and it comes out the other nostrel ... I think you use "Salt" to clean it out and this creates comfort for your nose.

I usually put a little bit of Neosporin on a q-tip. It will moisturize quite well.
