I find it ironic when a African American male can sit up and be with any female of any race. Yet have a problem when they see the opposite. Like the other day I was out with my daughter's dad and of course we still get them funny looking eye stares, but we pass it off. It just gets me when we see a black male with an white female and they going to look crazy at us, as to say why you two are together. Now it never bother me what people think, because predominantly my relationships were always white males. It's just appalling that some of my friends as black males always have something to say. Until I offend the fact that they'll be with or sleep with any girls who'll give up to them of any race. My question is can a diverse race relationship ever have peace with out anyone acknowledging that there the opposite????

AMEN. A M E N. Honey, how many times have i seen this happening? ALL THE TIME. It's so annoying and crazy that men are allowed to get away with these things. I can tell you this though, not everyone thinks that way. But i have noticed that it happens. I have noticed that guys can get called pimps and sleep with any girl he likes and go out with any girl he likes. But a woman? Oh no they belong in the kitchen and that's a guy's mentality. I don't see why a woman is not allowed to do what a guy does. Besides, it's all about love, not the skin.

I sure do understand what you mean, and why you're irritated..
HOWEVER, the guys that are willing to date white girls etc. probably aren't the one's giving you stares..you know?

well i think there is nothin wrong with dating someone who is not the same color i think it doesnt matter....have you seen save the last dance well they were together in the end bc they didnt let other ppl get to them just who cares what they say you like who you like no one else can tell you what to do good luck just do what makes you happy
