Typical for mollies is about 28 days between batches of babies, but it's not uncommon for that to be as short as 21 days. You should start watching for young in about a week.

She is most likely still has a batch or two of fry on the way! Mollies can have 3 batches of fry from one encounter with the male! They have fry every 28-36 days! I have breed mollies and still have over 50!

Although I have known the occasional molly to take up to two weeks to get all of her fry out, it is NOT common. They are usually done in a couple of days and starting on the next batch.
Is she a balloon belly molly? Those ALWAYS look pregnant.

She will probably have more batches of babies on the way in the next few weeks. Make sure none of the other fish in the aquarium don't eat these babies, including the parents. it would be good to put the in another tank.

Live bearers, like mollies, get impregnated once and can have fry 3 - 4 times, 4 weeks apart, so she's likely still going to have more.
