(Spiritual Answer) Our Mind is subject to our body, under is control, pretty much. So, that why when your flesh wants something, your mind cant stop thinking about it. And we obviously need to control our mind, and put it subject under our spirit, which in turn then overrules our flesh.

your mind controls your thoughts, actions, and vitals
your body controls your movement and blood flow so id say your mind has more control, but just depends on how tired you are
