where can i find internet prootcools on my computer. i do have comcast fyi.

To be honest, if you have to ask this question, finding them isn't going to do you any good. 99% of the time, you're looking for the TCP/IP protocol which you can find settings for in the properties for your Local Area Connection corresponding to your Ethernet card in use. As initially stated though, if you have to ask where they are, you shouldn't be playing with them. They're set to automatically pick up an address which with a cable modem is what you should be doing unless you're running a business off of it.

There are no internet protocols on your computer. Network protocols can be found on the networkk adapter you are using. Right click on the network adapter in network connections and select properties. Click on the install button and select protocols. Thos are the one you can install for your network adapter.
