It only bothers me if it's someone who does it on a constant basis; makes me want to scream at them to go buy their own! But yeah you can bum one...I don't have many left today though.

What bother me is either when they ask to bum a smoke and then you see they have a pack in their pocket or when you give them one and they put it away with the other 6 they just bummed.
And yes "you" can have one anytime.

Nahh it doenst bother me i just hope when the time comes that i need to bum a smoke some one has one for me!!

Yes, it bothers me, because cigarettes are getting more and more expensive. If someone asks for a light, fine, but I'm not going to hand out cigarettes from a four-dollar pack to just anyone.
So no, you can not have one.
