This is no contest. It's obviously Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart. Let's face it Bret is a legend and Shawn will be a legend. They aren't or will be legends for no reason.

Currently, Chris Benoit is the best technical wrestler in North America. This year was the first recient year he hasn't won the PWI's Best Technical Wrestler award, with it going to A.J. Styles of TNA.
As far as Japanese wrestlers go, I'd say that KENTA is looking very good. Any and all of his matches are must-see.
Within Lucha-Libre, either Mistico or El Hijo De Santo, depending on how you score. That was why their 2 out of 3 falls match was so great.

Bret Hart and chris benoit are the 2 best techincal wrestlers....bret hart has had a better career tho...but they are the two best techincal wrestlers.

Of those listed...at the end of the day I think it's Chris Benoit, no disrespect to Bret at all.
Angle definitely deserves to be on this list.

The two best technical wrestlers are Chris Benoit and Finlay, but the matches are fake, so their technical skillz dont mean anything.
