"In this experiment we will determine the amount of vitamin C (ascorbic acid) in different fruit juices by titration of the juice with a solution of iodine."

Well, I'm not sure how to either without using expensive spectroscopy equipment but i can tell you that Vitamin C is also known as ascorbic acid. It is easily destroyed by light and cooking temperatures. One way you could approach this is by using the nutrition label.

For example, if 100% of the daily recommened intake value is 100g, and one serving of juice A 250mL contains 100% of the daily recommended value and juice B 200mL contains 100% of the daily recommended, then juice B would contain more.

Hope that helps!
