What does this mean,and can I remove it. It's so annoying having that alet prompt up every time I log on. Especially when I have no idea what it means!

Contact your ISP for removal instructions. Motive Smart Bridge is a garbage, useless, self help type of program that nobody ever uses. It is installed when using your service providers CD install disc. All it does is annoy and use up your computer's resources! It is NOT any kind of a virus or malware, however.

I have un-installed Motive Smart Bridge from every computer I have ever owned when an ISP has tried to sneak it onto my computer
