I can't think of any apart from "why don't we do it in the road" being offensive to sexual prudes and "come together" and "i am the walrus" which offended Mary Whitehouse the Christian moralist campaigner who wanted to ban it for the words "you've been a naughty girl you let your knickers down".

I personally love Lucy In The Sky, but it is very offensive, if you listen to the hidden message-Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds (LSD=Drug). So even though i love the musical genius of the song, the hidden message of the lyrics is very offensive to everybody who opposes illegal drugs.
