I am looking to find a incontinence moisture alarm, but I would like it to be very small, even maybe something that can fit in a pocket so no one can see it when I am out. I found one, but it is a lil bulky, does anyone have any of these or know where I can get one that is portable and small?

Anything that makes noise would draw attention to you. There are a variety of protective underwear that is not Attends. They have removable pads that are really absorbant, for men and for women. The pants are lined with a plastic on the outside for added protection and soft on the inside for absorbtion but meant to be used with the special pad.

And you should get into a routine/habit of going to the restroom every couple of hours.

I worked with disabled people with developmental disabilities for years. We only used Attends (adult diapers) or those special pants, never an alarm. Dignity is an issue.
