Nothing we say will change their minds so why bother? Our anger is their source of entertainment. Why can't we see this? Why do we go so worked up over ignorance? Would you ask a question if you knew for sure you wouldn't get an answer? Of course not!! Lets start acting like these questions don't exist!! Who's with me?

For the same reason scientists try to refute creationist arguments. If you just say their arguments aren't worth addressing it plays right into their hands. It makes you look like you really can't prove them wrong, and don't want to admit it.
It's not about changing the minds of the racists themselves, it's about refuting their ideas for the whole world to see.

I never answer, I just laugh or ignore it. Half these people are just looking for attention so they say the worst things to try to get a rise outta you. The sad thing is people fall for it. Most of them are cowards in real life...so I agree....just move on and go about your business, don't let them get to you.

All of that is true but it gets difficult to pass up two points. But I have to agree with you, it seems like yahoo has given up on getting rid of them. I dont really get angry when I see the questions anymore but I always have this itch to respond. I think I am going to stop now though. They are getting rediculous.

You know, i used to get upset at first but realized that they like the answers they get. so now i either answer something stupid back or ignore it altogether. i have seen some DOOZIES on here. from Ralph Kramden and robert shelton. what idiots.

I agree completely. By answering them, we are taking the bait and playing their game. If we all just ignored them, eventually they would find somewhere else to spread their negativity.
