Yes, I have from heat exhaustion. Woke up disoreinted and trying to figure out why all these people were standing over me.

No, not really. Once, after I had my wisdom teeth out, I almost fainted because of the medication, but I didn't actually faint.

A handfull of years ago, I kept passing out and didn't know why. Literally at least once a week.
Turns out I have a seizure disorder.
I still get hit and pass out about 4 times a year.

Once. I didn't eat, sleep or drink in two or three days. It was very hot and dry out and I was working extremely long and hard hours. My body just couldn't go any more and shut down.
