I know this couple that argues all the time at parties and stuff and has for 15 years and they are still married while others say they never argue and never make it over 5 years

Married life in CA has its Ups then Downs. There are 2-3
women for every man, thus the happy husband that would
not dream of arguing with a pert money making wife that
is finding hapiness with her golf instructor & his balls or
stayed home to meet an HVAC man for an estimate.
Likely, she continues to stay home for lots of estimates,
but she tells hubby "No one seems to know how to get the
Heat to go off when I just want the fan on." It comes to
all parties getting out before the secrets get out. These
were real people whose happiness was from outside.

Or what about the flip side--I used to know this guy (work colleague and casual friend) who was always putting down relationships and marriage, and he would do everything alone, like go on vacation and go to movies, then all of a sudden, he's married. And wouldn't talk about it at all. Every time I tried to ask him about his wife, he'd change the conversation back to me. Isn't that weird?

Yes which proves my point that some fighting is good for the relationship! its not healthy to be a robot, always agreeing. fighting adds some spice...and then theres making up which is even better.

It's from holding all that anger and rage in and never letting it out. All that built up pressure has to release or blow up!

Yup, I think we've all run into that.
Every few years or so it seems, I've noticed.
And you wanna know why?

Hell, we fight alot, but it is all in the balance. If anyone says that marriage isn't hard, then they are lying to you.

I AM MARRIED AND YES WE FIGHT EVERYONE FIGHTS IN A MARRIAGE THAT IS NORMAL LIVING WITH SOMEONE IS AJUSTMENT.PEOPLE THAT SAY THEY DON'T FIGHT IS PUTTING UP A FRONT BECAUSE EVERYONE HAS PROBLEMS.
