Local and commerical radio are too annoying as all they have on is adverts, they play Radio 2 at work which is dull for the most part. I'd rather have on Radio 1 if you could employ some kind of rap/r&b skip facility on it, it would be the perfect station.

I barely listen to the radio but when I do it's usually 105.3. It's the closest to what i listen to, and on weekday nights there's this thing called "Love Line" and it's hilarious.
I think it's a San Francisco (CA) radio station.

Radio Merseyside in the morning - 6.00 to 7.40 because they give the time out regularly - and the weather
AND on thursday night from 10.30 to 11.00 because my Mum is on the Roger Lyon show (Not at the moment - she's recovering from a fractured arm / broken ankle and blood clot on her lung)
Then Radio City Monday to Thursday and Sunday from 10.00 to 2.00 - Pete Price
and Magic from 9.00 to 10.00 most nights
