If you mean something like life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, it's really hard to say. Life wouldn't mean much without the other two and the assurance of life is not certain if you pick one of the others. I guess that life is the most important even if it is oppressed and miserable.

Freedom of Speech because the other freedoms are non existent without it and without the first amendment the other amendments would soon fade away due to being obsolete.

You have only those rights allowed to you under your form of government.
