chicken, broccoli, wine, and nectarines.
Chicken for the protein. Broccoli for all the good dark green veggie stuff. Wine because I need a liquid and as much as I like water, wine has flavinoids. Nectarines for the good fruit stuff.
I've worked hard today around the house. I'm lucky I can identify broccoli as a vegetable.

I SHOULD say fruit, water, veggies and fish, but that would be a lie. It would be more along the line of milk, fruit, chocolate and I guess meat.
