Have a nice day before all, yes, you can use Visual Studio 2005 web developer tool to made web pages, this tools have "wizards" that guide you create a web page. Front Page have wizards too, but they could help to build an entire site or just a web page. By the way FrontPage its most powerful than the tool included in VisualStudio2005.
But always you could use better tools, such as: Dreamweaver (from Adobe/Macromedia) or use a FREE and open tool called NVU. Both have a plenity more tools to make it easy, nicer and powerful sites/pages.

Yes you can. Visual Studio 2005 is a professional-level code editor. Frontpage is a simple tool designed for amateurs. I personally find VS 2005 easier, but I have 12 years web development experience. Decide which level you are at, and choose accordingly.

Hi Dude,
Well the Visual Studio 2005 has a great advantage, you are able to use tools as the "watch", which one you can look how a variable or object is changing across you application functionality, besides, set break points, to see if you objects are being loaded as you want.
You can also install a variety of controls like the NetAdvantage For ASP (more info at www.infragistics.com) or the Component One's controls (check it at www.componentone.com) they make your programming so easy. I'm agreed that tools such Dreamweaver are huge, but, it does not arrange your code, and does not even are able to set a break point, I'd prefer VS2005 than other tool, of course, this is more expensive.
