Even when i tune it, it buzzes, its a Carlo Robeli and its autographed by Hatebreed (not that that matters) but it buzzes when it wants to. But lately its been doing it 24/7.

Try getting a new cord. If it still happens, plug it into another bass amp and see if it does it. It could be an amp problem.

buzzing is caused by the cord not making good contact some where could need a new chord could need a new female jack in your base try to figure out where the bad connection is you might just need to clean the jacks real good

Again if none of the others works, it may be the wires connecting the female jack. These are quite weak to any stresses or strains. If it is then all you need do is resolder it. but try the other methods first.

If none of the other answers your problem, its probably a bad ground inside your guitar. Either to your board or to your bridge.
