Computer Highly Slow [ memory ] Help Really Needed?

Question

Well I recently downloaded a game about 1 GB. I had no problems for the 3-4 days or so. But i doubt that this was the problem to my situation. It so happens that my computer is really slow. ( takes a while to load windows..internet explorers, documents etc. I would say 5+ minutes )
So i decided to Run Spybot, Adware, and Super Anti-Spyware
I managed to get like
8 Critical fo;es on spybot
101 Critical objects on adware
and around 40 for super antispyware.

I cleared and removed them | some werent removable so I quarantined them. But then there was this massive Lag. Spybot needed a reboot to remove certain files that were affecting my computer.
So I shut my system down when the others were done and turned it back on.
It takes 10+ minutes to access the user page in the start of the computer

and when i do load.. it takes another 5 minutes . On top of that, If i click or right click or whatever to an icon or menu, It crashes.
My start menu bar dissapeared and I dont know...

I cant access anywhere when i get to my desktop btw. no internet explorer (im using a different one btw )

Is there anyway I can clear files without having to go through the desktop?

Add and remove cant do any good either . task manager will jus freeze up on me and not respond

OH man you gotta be careful about what you download. You should consider getting Symantec Client Firewall. And Symantec Anti-Virus. And then in the back have FIX-IT UTILITIES 7 Professional, which you can use to do extremely deep scans. I have all of these on my computer and it works really great.

If your computer is a Windows run on safe mode
which you can acess by pressing F8 right when the computer
turns on. If it dosen't appear continue to push F8

Udate your firewall and scan your coputer in safe mode. After you remove virus trojan, I recommend you use firefox browser. It can prevent viruses such as worm,trojan and etc.The newest official edition of firefox can be downloaded from http://www.mollzia.com

You are most likely infected by a virus when you downloaded the game.

these steps below will help clean up your computer and make it faster
In Internet explorer at top of window select tools - then delete browser history
- then another box will open - select delete all- this will not remove your book marks
-Then close explorer then open again .At first pages will be slow once
and then will load fast after it loads 1 time.Also email etc you will have to sign in 1 time with pass word etc.
This will create new cookies.

Also go to start at bottom of on task bar.
click start 1 time then select find or search depending on your operating system.
Select all files and folders - then type in defrag and click search.When icons come up double click
and new box will come up - select analyze then you will see how fragmented you are -
then choose defrag.You can put this program on your desk top by right clicking on the icon you found in search for defrag.
Right click choose create short cut.This will put a short cut on your desk top.Then you can use as needed in future.

if you want book marks removed click on star at top of screen
right click the ones you don"t want choose delete

type in disk clean up
go start on blue bar (task bar)
choose search or find
then choose all files and folders
type in word you are looking for
when you see these icons
double click on them until you find what you are looking for
so you dont have to do this again
go back to same icon
right click
choose create short cut on desk top
close all windows
a new icon will be on your desk to
click to open
to not see all of your searches that began with a certin letter
Under internet options
clickcontent
turn off autocomplete for web addresses.
