A note, executed in June, provides that it is payable on the last day of
the next World Series. In July, litigation is commenced between the
maker and the holder of the note, and one question is whether or not the
instrument-as of July- is a negotiable one. Today, in such a case, most
courts would probably rule this instrument to be negotiable, since it is
extremely likely that the World Series will, in fact, be played as
Scheduled in October.

a. True
b. False

Vague answer. The series could go 4-5-6-7 games, and it could end on, who knows. (weather, earthquakes)
Most notes, if not all, are payable "on or before." a specific calender date.
