Check to see if your spark plugs are still working. I had the same problem. I had a gasket leak that took out my 2 spark plugs.

Yes, check for bad plugs. Also, you may have a dirty idle air control valve or a gunked up butterfly valve/throttle body. Have a look at those things first and see if cleaning them doesn't solve your problem.
