I see you're a Raiders fan huh? Same here dude.. Well if we look at the stats from last year, i'd say the offense needs to do somethin this year. They aint do sh*t.. averaged 10-11 pts a game.. wow. I think Jerry Porter will have a 1000 yard season this year if he doesnt get injured. He's already excited about the upcoming season. No more Art Shell keeping him inactive for almost all of the season... Curry will have another steady season..I think Michael Bush, if healthy, will be our main back later on in the season..I think the O-line will do better this year.. Hell, u can't do any worse than last year.. 76 sacks allowed? thats horrific.. We have a new O-line coach, so thats a plus.. Our defense did excellent. I think we have a nice group of young players on defense (Kirk Morrison, Nnamdi Asomugha, Fabian Washington, Thomas Howard, etc) I'm sorry to say this, cuz i know theres alot of Schweigert fans (i dont know y) but Darnell Bing will be our starting safety next to Huff. and you know Bing can bring the pain on a WR tryin to run in the middle.. Stu just missed too many tackles, get stiff armed too easily, bad pursuit angle, he just sux period. Brayton sux a$$... he's gonna be a backup. That kid Moses from Georgia is a beast.. he'll play alot this year. Kevin Huntley DE will start the opposidte of Burgess.. U already know, WARREN SAPP, down to 285, got cheated off a Pro Bowl last year @334 lbs.. Y did Casey Hampton of Pittsburgh make it before him, he only had 3 sacks compared to Sapp's 10.. But yea dude, fix up the O-line, get better against the run cuz u know we have some RB's in our division (LT, LJ, and Broncos zone-blocking) and we should be in the playoffs, if not close.. i'll say we'll have a 8-8, 9-7 season..

The Offensive Line needs to step up. Robert Gallery is looking so far like a terrible pick. He needs to step up and give jamarcus some time or mccown or whoever plays qb this season. Receiving core looks good with gabriel, curry, porter, taylor, whitted. Rhodes will be a huge upgrade at RB i think. The defense needs to build on their great year last year, but the o-line is the biggest problem.

a) Pray.
b) Supply Jamarcus Russell with one of those oxygen tents that players sleep in, a 24-hour sports masseur, and upwards of 100 gallons of Gatorade.
c) Tie Art Shell up and stuff him into a closet until the season is over.

well if they wanted to go to the playoffs they screwed up by trading moss for a 4th round pick. Basically playoffs are out of the ? for this year. But i think if the raiders draft another impact player and get a coaching staff who is going ot install a winning attitude into players in a few years the raiders could be serious playoff contenders. Especially with all the solid draft picks they had last year. They need to keep that up and they will find success.

Offensive LIne..Wide REceivers, and FullBack,.. Maybe 2 years from now the raiders could win at least half of the season games.. but now, goal is to win at least 1 in the division..
Oline last year is the worst amongs the worst.. Gallery is bust, spend money on tackle and center.. it will be a good start for the team..

wait a year or two let jamarcus russel develop with some young recievers. get a better o-line to get a good running attack and protect russel. keep your defense the same cus they were pretty good.

Now they need some minor improvement to the defense, a WR, some experience for Russell, then they will be a good team.

First of all they need to build an offensive line. They have a young qb and need to protect him. Look what happened to Carr in Houston. They also need to get better receivers. Porter and Curry are good but neither is a #1 receiver.

A bus and a good deal on a group order of playoff tickets.
They need to order the tickets as soon as possible to get good seats.
And they need to bring lots of money because the concessions are very expensive.
